Not to sure about the man in the red suit

Saturday night we went to see Santa at the town hall where my in laws live. I dressed Mitchell up in the nice Polo shirt my mom had bought him for Christmas pictures and went to the party with mom-in-law ans sister-in-law and each of us had our camera's ready for the big moment. On the way there talked about how we were going to see Santa and how much fun it was going to be. Mitchell kept wondering if we were going to see Baby Jesus. We told him no, but we kept talking about Santa and Mitchell kept talking about Baby Jesus.

As you can tell Mitchell was extremely thrilled meeting the man in the red suit.

We have been intentional about telling Mitchell about the true meaning of Christmas, and how the best gift is the Baby Jesus. Mitchell loves playing with his child nativity scene and brings us Baby Jesus all the time. Unfortunately, this also means that any breakable Baby Jesus' must be put up. So the mom-in-law has this nice manger scene and no Baby Jesus since Mitchell won't touch any of the other people or animals.
