On the merry-go-round with his "phone". A piece of mat that was supposed to be placed down on the park area, but in true governmental fashion they had started to lay down new playground matting only to leave it abandoned for awhile.

I'm the KING! And boy does he try to act like it at home! And yes we were in front of the yellow caution tape that told us to stay out of the area. It's a nice day outside and it's their fault they started a project and didn't finish it.
