Redneck Riding

Mitchell's Lightning McQueen car went to live with Nana & Papa for awhile when the treadmill had to take it's place in the garage. The cousins love playing with it and riding around the big backyard. The only problem now is that Sierra & Mitchell are to big to fit side by side in the car and then of course Laura wants to join in. This means we have to stack them with Laura in the front, Mitchell actually doing the driving and Sierra sitting on the back. This worked for awhile until the inevitable happened. Mitchell stopped quickly and Sierra fell off the back. The good news is that he wasn't going fast and she didn't fly off, she just kind of fell and didn't hit her head until after she had really landed. Of course this had happened the one time her Daddy wasn't hovering around the back. Sierra wanted back on though and she couldn't sit next to Mitchell, so her Daddy did the next best thing- he found a bungee cord and bungeed Sierra to Mitchell. Problem pretty much solved. We still followed them closely, of course, but Sierra learned to hold on better.
